How would you judge this if a black man does this to a white man?

It is not always easy to look straight into the eyes of some white people and accuse them of trying to kill a black man. But if you are bold to tell them, they will never accept it and may even call you a mad person.

So, if a white man can go to that extent to commit such horrible crimes against a black man, then, what’s its significance? Would you describe someone who deliberately commits a serious crime against a black man as a kind person or someone with the intention to kill you?
